The hotel is located in a quiet, business-oriented neighborhood a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station (JR Yamanote Line and Tokyo Monorail) and Daimon Station (Toei subway). The monorail offers a direct, 15-minute ride to Haneda Airport, while the JR line provides easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ueno. Narita Airport is about 90 minutes away. Tokyo Tower is a 14-minute walk, and Hibiya Shrine is less than 1 km away. The area has many restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby, but is less touristy than other central Tokyo districts.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Each room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, an electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms are very compact-even by Tokyo standards-with limited space for storing or opening suitcases. Some rooms have a quiet street view; others face a wall.
