The apartments sit on a quieter side street just one block from Seville Cathedral and La Giralda, placing all major landmarks within a 3-9 minute walk: the Real Alcázar is 400 metres away, Triana Bridge is a 9-minute stroll, and Plaza de Armas is 1 km. The immediate area is packed with restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops, including a Carrefour Express supermarket 5 minutes on foot. Seville Airport is 11 km away (roughly 30 minutes by Uber or taxi). Public transport is limited, but the central location makes walking the primary way to get around. The street itself is lined with bars, so some noise carries into the building; higher-floor apartments are quieter.

The building offers six self-contained apartments. One-bedroom units feature a separate bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and one bathroom with a shower. Two-bedroom apartments add a second bedroom and a second bathroom. All units come with air conditioning (centrally controlled but effective), heating, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a seating/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Each apartment includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upper-floor rooms - especially suite 5 on the second floor - experience significantly less noise from both the street and the building's main door, which can cause slamming sounds. Ground-floor units may have limited natural light, as some windows face the building's entrance lobby, and occasional odours of humidity have been noted. The bathroom uses a wet-room design without a separate shower enclosure, meaning the floor gets wet after showering. Beds and pillows are widely praised for comfort. One apartment (Planta Baja A) is wheelchair-accessible, with a roll-in shower. There is no luggage storage available, so plan accordingly for early arrivals or late departures.

No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is available. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen including a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, allowing full self-catering. The direct location, right next to the Cathedral, puts you in the middle of Seville's dining scene: options like Taberna Coloniales II, Genova, El Pimenton, Maccheroni, and Hotel Simon are all within 300 metres. A Carrefour Express supermarket is a 5-minute walk for groceries. The kitchen also has a dining table for meals in the apartment.

The main leisure facility is a rooftop plunge pool (approximately 2 metres long, 60 cm deep) - too small for swimming laps but perfectly adequate for cooling off on hot afternoons. The pool is open seasonally (typically mid-February to October, weather dependent), is not heated, and is shared among all guests. The roof terrace also has sun loungers and chairs for relaxing. There is no jacuzzi or gym on-site. The pool's small size means it can get crowded, but it's a welcome bonus in Seville's heat. Kayaking and canoeing on the Guadalquivir River are available nearby.
