The B&B is on the upper floor of a building in the historic centre - steps from the Duomo and a 5-minute walk to Piazza del Campo. The nearest bus stop is 300 metres away; Siena Train Station is 2 km (25-30 min on foot, or a €12 taxi ride). Buses 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, and 17 connect from Piazza del Sale or Piazza Gramsci, a 10-15 minute walk. The location is central yet exceptionally quiet, and the escalator from the S. Caterina car park brings you very close, effectively connecting drivers to the centre without entering the ZTL.

Breakfast is an Italian sweet buffet offered each morning in the shared kitchen. The spread includes croissants, homemade cake, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and a choice of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, Americano) or tea. Gluten-free options are available on request, and the hosts accommodate special breakfast requests - including early morning breakfast for early departures. The breakfast is simple and freshly prepared; no hot dishes are served, but the quality and variety are appreciated. Nearby restaurants include Osteria del Gusto and Ristorante Pizzeria Il Duomo, both within a 5-minute walk.

Casacenti B&B is a small historic property with no dedicated wellness or leisure facilities. Guests spend their time exploring Siena's cultural landmarks - the Duomo, Piazza del Campo, and the many restaurants and bars within a short walk. The shared lounge/TV area offers a quiet space for relaxation, and the kitchen provides a homely setting. The spectacular views from the rooms and breakfast area serve as the main leisure feature.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas (fibre connection, 200 Mbps). Luggage storage is free and can be used both before check-in and after check-out. Laundry service is available for €5 per load and can be hung in the room to dry. The shared kitchen includes an electric kettle, a washing machine, and a dryer.
