CASA CIELO UNIVERSITAS, Bologna

The location score of 9.3 reflects its central position right in the student quarter, putting you within a 13-minute walk of Piazza Maggiore and just 700 metres from Santo Stefano Church. Quadrilatero Bologna is 1 km away, and the university buzz means bars and eateries cluster nearby-Patatata and Spacca Napoli are both a 3-minute walk. For transport, Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 11 km away, and rafting activities can be arranged in the surroundings. The neighbourhood feels lively and safe, with many cameras, but light sleepers should note the vibrant student atmosphere carries sound. No parking is available, so walking or public transport is the practical way to explore.

The apartment has one bedroom with one bed and a private bathroom featuring a shower and bidet. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, and essential equipment, plus a washing machine-practical for short stays or light laundry. The living area has a double sofa bed, comfortable for up to four guests, with enough space to move around if needed. Storage is ample, and the air conditioning is both very effective and quiet. The flat is on an attic floor-cosy but with limited natural light in some areas. The unit is non-smoking throughout.

The apartment is fully set up for preparing meals: a kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, and all necessary cookware, plus a minibar and washing machine for convenience. For dining out, the surrounding student quarter offers a high density of affordable options within a 3-minute walk: Patatata, Spacca Napoli, Sartoria Gastronomica, and Trattoria Pane e Panelle. Osteria dell'Orsa (0.5 km) provides a classic Bolognese trattoria experience. Breakfast is not included and must be self-organised-the kitchen and nearby bakeries or cafés (within 300 metres) make it easy to plan your own morning meal.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or gym. Leisure options are centred on the vibrant neighbourhood-bars, restaurants, and the university atmosphere. Rafting is available in the surroundings, but requires separate planning. The location is ideal for walking to Piazza Maggiore, Santo Stefano Church, and the Quadrilatero food market. The student quarter's lively energy doubles as entertainment, but those seeking quiet relaxation may prefer a quieter zone of the city.
