The one-bedroom apartment (with one bed) features a large, bright floor plan - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet - and parquet flooring. The kitchen is well fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and all cookware, plus a washing machine/dryer. Soundproof rooms, air conditioning, central heating, and an inner courtyard view ensure very low noise despite the central location. The private entrance and patio offer added independence. The bedroom is described as spacious, the bed as very comfortable, and the unit as modern and clean.

The area is lively with restaurants and supermarkets.

The property features a fitness centre (additional charge). Leisure activities include walking tours, bike tours, happy hour, and tour or class about local culture - all at extra cost. Nearby (within 3 km) there is a golf course, and billiards are available on site for a fee. Off-site activities such as bowling, tennis, movie nights, and live music are also bookable at a surcharge.

WiFi is free in all areas. Luggage storage is included at no charge - useful for early arrival or late departure. The building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible. Services include private check-in/out, express check-in/out (additional charge), concierge, full-day security with CCTV and alarms, family rooms, soundproof rooms, non-smoking throughout, fax/photocopying (free), and bicycle rental (additional charge).
