The location is practical for both car-free visitors and those arriving by train, with the station providing quick connections to Florence and other cities.

The property offers several unit types: the Fuoco apartment is a studio with an open-plan sleeping and kitchen area; the Superior and Two-Bedroom Apartments have separate bedrooms. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower, and some have a bidet. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (in some units), and all necessary cookware. The Fuoco and Terra units offer quiet inner courtyard or street views; the Aqua apartments are noted for being very clean and bright. The building is secure with a lift (though 8 steps before it) and smoke alarms. The overall feel is modern, functional, and well-suited for both short and extended stays.
