Within a block you'll find an Oxxo convenience store, a pharmacy, and bus stops for routes in both directions. The airport is 9 km away; a taxi or Uber is the most practical way to reach the area. Larger beaches like Playa de los Muertos in Zona Romantica are a 15-20 minute walk south. The street itself can be noisy with traffic and nightlife, especially on weekends, but rooms with solid soundproofing and closed windows manage this well.

Room types range from compact studios to more spacious suites. All units include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Kitchenettes are well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and tea/coffee facilities. A shared kitchen is also available. Ground-floor rooms (e.g., the Deluxe Studio) offer private entrance and a separate bedroom, ideal for light sleepers or those avoiding stairs. Upper-floor rooms may have balconies or access to the shared rooftop terraces-rooms directly on the third floor open onto the terrace.
