CASA DIN DIN, Turin

The apartment is a short walk from the Polytechnic University of Turin and within easy reach of Porta Susa Metro Station (3 km), Porta Nuova Metro Station (3 km), and the Mole Antonelliana (5 km). The tram stop is just metres away, offering quick trips to the city centre. A 24-hour supermarket, multiple restaurants, bars, and cafés are all within 300 metres. For drivers, public parking near the property costs €1.50 per hour and cannot be reserved; free street parking is available about 10 minutes away on foot, past the Carrefour market. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift.

The living room includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a sofa that converts into an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and basic cookware. One bedroom has no window or air circulation, which can make it stuffy. The bathroom is compact, with a shower and bidet, but poor insulation can make it cold in winter and heating from the radiators is weak. The apartment has tiled floors throughout and is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans, though on very hot summer days the fans may not cool sufficiently. Bedding consists of thin duvets and very soft, worn cushions. The property is on the 4th floor with a lift.

The apartment does not offer wellness or leisure amenities. The quiet residential neighbourhood is pleasant for walks and has many cafés and restaurants nearby. The flat-screen TV in the living room provides standard in-room entertainment.

The apartment provides key access only; there is no front desk or reception. Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas. A washing machine and ironing facilities are in the apartment. Parking is off-site and requires payment or a short walk to a free zone. The building has a lift. Cots are available on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Housekeeping is not included during the stay.
