Casa Isolda sits in the heart of Polanco, a safe, upscale neighbourhood known for its restaurants, galleries and cultural spots. The National Museum of Anthropology is a 12-minute walk, Chapultepec Castle is 2 km away, and The Angel of Independence is 2 km from the property. The Reforma Corridor and main avenues are minutes away on foot, making city exploration straightforward. Benito Juarez International Airport is 16 km away. Parking is not available, so taxis or ride-sharing are the most practical options for car-free movement. The area is ideal for a short city break focused on museums, dining and central landmarks.

Each unit features a private entrance, a seating area, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries, slippers and a bath with shower are provided. The suites are spacious and the mattresses are widely described as comfortable. However, some details vary: the bath is a cement-finish tub (described as rough on the skin by some), and the paint and humidity management can be inconsistent. Requesting an upstairs room may provide better light and less noise from the entry area. Ground-floor rooms have direct patio access but can feel darker and more humid. The lack of daily servicing means your room stays as you leave it.
