COMFY APT WITH SKYLINE FRONT VIEW MINS AWAY FROM NYC, Jersey City

The property is situated in a tranquil, safe neighbourhood, 6 km from Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Macy's, and Penn Station, and 7 km from Times Square and the Empire State Building. Teterboro Airport is 12 km away. A bus stop is located almost directly outside, and the light rail is also close by, making travel to NYC hubs straightforward. For those driving, private off-site parking costs US$20 per day and must be reserved. Nearby attractions include an ice-skating rink and boating.

Accommodation options include double rooms (with 2 or 1 bed) and single rooms, all with shared bathrooms featuring a bath, shower, and hairdryer. Each room is air-conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, dining area, and wardrobe. A sofa bed is available in some rooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, washing machine, and dryer. Rooms are carpeted and have a work desk. The room with skyline views must be specifically requested, as only one room offers the direct city vista. While walls can be thin, the area is quiet, and the property provides good value for money.

A light breakfast (American-style) can be ordered for an additional charge of US$3. For greater flexibility, the property's full kitchen - with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dining area - lets guests cook their own meals. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Fox and Crow (0.5 km), Rumba's Cafe (0.5 km), The Corkscrew Bar & Grill (0.5 km), and The Cliff (0.5 km).

While the property itself has no dedicated wellness facilities, guests can enjoy outdoor leisure at nearby attractions: an ice-skating rink and boating are both accessible. The spectacular Manhattan skyline view is also visible from a nearby park, making it a pleasant spot for a picnic or a relaxing afternoon.

Free WiFi is available throughout. A daily cleaning service keeps the shared areas and rooms tidy. The property offers a washing machine and dryer for guest use, and luggage storage can be arranged. Private off-site parking costs US$20 per day and must be reserved. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited on site. Payment can be made by major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
