The suites sit on a quiet street within a lively, secure area full of restaurants, bars, cafés and street food within a 5-10 minute walk. Sevilla Metro Station is a 12-minute walk away, and metrobus stops are about 7 minutes on foot - ideal for getting across the city without a car. Chapultepec Park, the Museum of Modern Art and Zona Rosa are all within a 10-15 minute walk. On-site parking is free but limited, so reserving a space is recommended. The location is particularly well suited for exploring Reforma, Condesa and central attractions on foot.

Suites feature a separate bedroom and a lounge-dining area with a sofa bed, providing more space than a standard hotel room. Each suite has a private bathroom with toiletries, a modern kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, cookware and a two-burner hob, plus a dining table. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities and a flat-screen satellite TV. Standard suites are on the third floor; the two penthouse suites add a shared terrace with a jacuzzi and impressive city views. Rooms are noted for being spacious, with comfortable beds and good cleanliness.

The on-site fitness centre is compact, containing one treadmill and one exercise bike - suitable for a basic workout but not a full gym. No swimming pool or spa is available. The two penthouse suites share a terrace with a jacuzzi offering panoramic city views; access to this area is limited to penthouse occupants only.
