Some rooms are described as spacious and clean with modern bathrooms, while others are dated, very small, and have reported issues such as broken fixtures, mold, and shared bathroom access. Bed bugs have been reported in some rooms. Rooms with views of the Grand Canal are generally favoured, but street-facing rooms may have traffic noise. Air conditioning is independently controlled and seasonal. Rooms on higher floors facing the garden are quieter.
