Hotel Details

Location

Overlooking the Santa Marina Canal, within walking distance of St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge.

The guest house is situated in a quiet area yet central enough to reach the main sights on foot. St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge are both about a 7-15 minute walk away. The nearest water-taxi stop is close, and Fondamenta Nuove (for ferries to Murano) is about 10 minutes on foot. The streets can be narrow and GPS signal unreliable, but the staff provides detailed directions. No parking is available.

Accommodation

Rooms feature elegant Venetian design, en-suite bathroom, hydromassage shower, and air conditioning.

Each room is individually decorated in a Venetian style. The Junior Suite offers two balconies with canal views. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, electric kettle (available on request), mini-bar, free toiletries, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms are compact, especially when set up for three adults, and road-facing rooms can be noisier. The shower cubicle in some bathrooms is small and may show wear. Air conditioning is available, and heating is provided, though some units may not heat effectively in cooler weather.

Dining

A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, served from 08:00 to 10:00 in a cosy dining room.

Breakfast is continental: pastries, bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, and hot drinks. Some meals include a limited selection of fresh fruit. The dining room has only four tables, so you may need to wait during peak times. There is no restaurant on site, but the surrounding area has many cafés and restaurants within a short walk. Breakfast in the room is available.
