The hotel sits in the heart of Venice, within a 2-minute walk of the Bridge of Sighs and about 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Piazza San Marco is practically next door, yet the street remains calm at night. The San Zaccaria vaporetto stop is a short walk away, providing convenient water-bus access to the train station (lines 1 or 5.1) and Marco Polo Airport (Alilaguna Blue line). A 20-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station is also possible without public transport. The central position makes it easy to return to the hotel for a rest or a change of clothes.

The hotel offers a variety of room categories, including double and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms featuring a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms are en suite on the top floor with wood-beamed ceilings and rooftop views, while others overlook the winding streets. A more affordable option with a shared bathroom is also available. Rooms are compact, typical of a historic Venice building. Air conditioning is fitted, but in some instances its operation may be centrally controlled. Soundproofing is generally effective, though street-facing rooms can be noisier with windows open. Some rooms feature high ceilings with wooden beams and decorative textiles. No rooms have a balcony. Extra beds cannot be accommodated.

A breakfast buffet is offered at the hotel for an additional charge of 10 EUR per person, serving a continental and Italian selection.
