Hotel Falier sits in the Santa Croce district, a quiet area away from the main tourist crowds yet within easy walking distance of major sights. The train station and the bus/water-taxi terminal at Piazzale Roma are both about 7-10 minutes on foot, making arrivals from Marco Polo Airport (20-minute bus ride) and Treviso Airport (60-minute shuttle) straightforward. Two vaporetto stops are nearby, and the cruise terminal's People Mover connects to Piazzale Roma in under two minutes. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the Frari Church, Scuola Grande di San Rocco, and the Casa-Museo di Carlo Goldoni are all within a few minutes' walk.

Each room features a private bathroom with hairdryer and shower, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, and free WiFi. Rooms are soundproofed and the entire property is non-smoking; a lift serves all three floors. The decor reflects traditional Venetian elegance, with many rooms having been recently renovated. Some rooms are compact, particularly those sold as doubles, and bed configurations vary (twin beds available). The deluxe room offers a private terrace with city views. No rooms have a balcony. Mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference; a few find the beds hard. The interior courtyard rooms are especially quiet. Housekeeping is provided daily, and an electric kettle is available upon request.

Hotel Falier does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. Guest rooms are stocked with a coffee machine, complimentary water bottles, and a small welcome of cookies. A common area provides a microwave and a kettle with tea and coffee for self-preparation. For those who prefer a fuller meal or breakfast, the surrounding streets offer numerous cafés and bakeries within a three-minute walk, such as Panificio Barozzi and Al 133. The hotel can arrange fruit and wine/champagne at an additional charge.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Luggage can be stored at the ground floor both before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. Daily housekeeping is included.
