Rooms vary from 4-bed and 6-bed dorms to private family rooms. Each has a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and soundproofing are standard, though some rooms lack an external window (only a corridor window) and can be warm. Bunk beds are stable but top bunks generally have no privacy curtain - lower bunks often have one. Lockers with keys are provided under the bed (key included). Rooms can feel compact when full, so pack light. The quadruple room offers a terrace with quiet street view. Daily housekeeping is included. Noise from the corridor and street may affect light sleepers; earplugs are recommended.

The paid breakfast offers bread, pastries, juice, and coffee - a basic continental spread. Special diet menus can be requested. For those preferring to eat elsewhere, the shared kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and fridge, perfect for preparing meals. A snack bar and vending machines with drinks and snacks are available on site. The surrounding Alameda neighbourhood has many inexpensive bars and restaurants just a short walk away. No full restaurant or bar is on the premises.
