Several bars, taverns and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and the canal and Triana district are also easily accessible. The area is walkable to most main attractions, though those arriving by car will find no parking at the property and may need to locate a public parking spot nearby.

Accommodation options include 4-, 6- and 8-bed dormitories with shared bathrooms, plus private twin and double rooms. Some twin rooms include a bathtub, while other private rooms feature a shower. Certain rooms have a balcony. Rooms are basic and compact, with tiled floors, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV. Rooms vary in light and outlook; some face an interior courtyard or external AC units, which can affect brightness and noise levels. Road-facing rooms and those near communal areas may be less suitable for light sleepers. The property is older, and furnishings and decor are dated; upkeep standards vary. A few rooms are on the ground floor, which can be convenient for those with heavy luggage.

SevillaDream does not operate a restaurant, but offers a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, hobs and cooking basics, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast is not included, but nearby bars and cafés provide morning options.
