The apartment sits in a quiet residential zone just outside the tourist core. Walking to Piazza del Campo takes 14 minutes using the nearby escalator, which makes the historic centre easily accessible even with luggage or on warm days. Florence Airport is 74 km away. Free private parking is provided in a covered garage directly below the building, accessible via a lift, which removes the usual hassle and cost of parking in central Siena. The space feels spacious, clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings. Rooms on the ground floor open to a private courtyard, and the apartment is described as quiet thanks to its inner street orientation.
