The apartment is within an 11-minute walk of the Royal Alcázar of Seville and less than 1 km from Plaza de Armas. Plaza de España is a pleasant 25-minute walk or a short taxi ride. The location is ideal for walking to all major sights, with the vibrant bar and restaurant scene of Calle Adriano literally outside the door. The Guadalquivir river walk is across the street, and a supermarket, pharmacy, and several grocery stores are within a few minutes on foot. Parking is not available on-site, but the nearest public car park is Parking del Arenal, a 5-minute walk away.

Each apartment features a separate living room, bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Bedrooms have large closets and very comfortable super-king or queen beds, with sofa beds available in the living room for extra guests. All units are fully air-conditioned and heated, and feature soundproofed rooms - bedrooms facing the interior courtyard are especially quiet, while street-facing rooms benefit from the lively atmosphere but with effective soundproofing. Kitchens include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Apartments 1A and 1B have small courtyard terraces, and all others have balconies overlooking Calle Adriano. The ATTIC apartment has a large, private terrace with cathedral views, but note it does not include sun loungers - only a table and seating area.

The building has a modern lift to all levels, including the attic, making it suitable for those with reduced mobility. Wheelchair-accessible apartments are available with a roll-in shower and a lower bathroom sink. Internet access is free and available throughout. Check-in is via a code provided in advance, with a host available for questions. Luggage storage is available at Lock & Enjoy in El Arenal, a short walk from the apartments. There is no parking on site, but public parking (Parking del Arenal) is a 5-minute walk and costs approximately €10 per day via the APK2 app. The property is non-smoking throughout, and soundproofing is excellent.
