The entrance is secure with individual codes, and the area is safe for walking at night.

The apartments range from studios to two-bedroom penthouses, each with air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a minibar. All units feature a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, and kitchenware - but the fridge has no freezer. Beds are double-sized and cannot be split into singles; sofa beds are available in some units.
