The apartment offers commanding views of the Tuscan countryside from its own balcony and terrace.

Two apartment types are available - the Sole apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area, one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the backyard; the Luna apartment is an open-plan layout with one separate bedroom, a large sofa bed, a dining area and a bathroom with shower. Both include a washing machine, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dining area, making self-catering easy for longer stays. The apartments are described as very spacious, clean, and homely, with excellent storage and comfortable beds.

A supermarket close by makes grocery shopping convenient. Several restaurants are within a short drive in Monteriggioni and Siena.
