Valencia Airport is 9 km away; the nearest metro station, Colon, is a 5-minute walk and provides direct 30-minute train service (lines 3 and 5) to and from the airport. For car-free travellers, numerous bus stops are right outside, with buses running to the beach. Several public car parks are within a few minutes' walk. The city's main attractions, shops, and a wide range of restaurants are easily reached on foot. Turia Gardens are an 8-minute walk for jogging or relaxing. Guests have found the walkability excellent for a city trip, though street-facing rooms can be notably noisy.

Rooms range from Double and Twin to Double Star categories. All have private bathrooms with walk-in showers, Rituals toiletries, and hairdryer. The Double Star room includes a tea/coffee machine; other room types do not. Beds are large with comfortable mattresses, though some guests have found mattresses very soft and pillows flat. Soundproofing between rooms and from the street is minimal. Street-facing rooms can be very noisy, while rooms on inner courtyards or with internal windows are significantly quieter. Air conditioning is centrally controlled (typically set around 23-26°C) and cannot be adjusted individually; it can struggle to cool rooms in hot weather. Rooms with a balcony are available on higher floors. A small fridge is in every room. Housekeeping is daily but can be variable - the room may not be serviced if the 'do not disturb' sign is out.

Breakfast offers a varied buffet including hot items (omelette, eggs), breads, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, and juice. For an extra charge, guests can add sparkling wine/champagne or fresh fruits. The breakfast area is compact and can feel crowded; a time slot may be assigned.
