The hostel sits on a busy street that generates significant traffic noise from early morning well into the night. Public transport options are excellent, with the station providing rail links across the city and to the airport (18 km away). An ice-skating rink is within walking distance. The immediate area includes several restaurants and cafes within 0.5 km. For car users, metered street parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved.

The room features parquet flooring, a wardrobe, a dining table, and a work desk. The shared bathroom includes a bath and hairdryer, though the shower curtain may not close fully. Road noise is a constant factor; the rooms are described as soundproofed but this does not eliminate the traffic din. Summer temperatures can become uncomfortably high, and open windows do not provide adequate cooling. Only one power outlet is available in the room. Heating was reported as non-functional during cold weather, and blankets are small. The condition of the building and common areas shows signs of wear, and many surfaces may not be freshly cleaned between occupants.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and electric kettle, along with free toiletries and a hairdryer in the shared bathroom. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Damak Etli Ekmek Grill Restaurant Halal, Veggiezz, Gavaz, Grillrostilj, and Cafe und Konditorei Groissbock. The shared fridge is used by all guests, so food security cannot be guaranteed.

WiFi is free throughout. A lift serves all floors. Public parking is available nearby at €2.40 per hour with no reservation. Street parking is also possible. Non-smoking rooms are enforced, though cigarette odour has been reported. Invoice is provided upon request. Daily cleaning is not performed, and the condition of linens and shared bathrooms may vary. Communication with on-site staff is primarily in German.
