CENTRAL STATION 10 MIN DUOMO - L'OASI URBANA, Milan

Located in a top-rated area of Milan, the apartment is within a 5-minute walk of the main railway station, giving easy access to trains, metro lines, and airport shuttles. The surrounding streets offer a range of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets open late, making it convenient for meals and supplies. The vertical forest Bosco Verticale is 1 km away, and La Scala opera house is 3 km from the door. The immediate neighbourhood is lively but the apartment remains quiet enough for rest, helped by the lift providing access to the third floor.

The air-conditioned apartment is compact but well-equipped, designed for 1-2 people. The open-plan layout includes a kitchenette with all necessary cookware, electric kettle, and a microwave, allowing simple meal preparation. The living area has a flat-screen TV, a desk, and a wardrobe. Free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a safety deposit box are provided. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and pillows, and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower that works well, though the bidet space is very tight. For a couple or solo traveller staying a few days, the space is practical and clean, with modern interiors and quiet conditions despite the central location.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and all essential cookware and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare breakfast or simple meals. For those preferring to eat out, the area around Centrale Station is packed with dining options: Sushi Cube and Caffe Panzera 1931 are 0.5 km away, Pizzeria Spontini is 1 km away, and several other pubs, pizzerias, and casual eateries are within a short walk. Supermarkets are also nearby for stocking up on supplies. The apartment does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment, and a lift provides easy access to the third floor. Reception services are handled remotely: an online check-in form is completed before arrival, and the host provides detailed self check-in instructions via WhatsApp. The host is responsive and available through the app. A safety deposit box is provided in the room for valuables, and smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are fitted. Cots are available on request for infants. There is no parking on site, and pets are not allowed. Ironing facilities and heating are also provided.
