B&B ZARA, Milan

B&B Zara is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 10 km from Milan Linate Airport. The property sits within 200 m of the Marche metro stop (line M5), offering a direct line to the San Siro stadium district. Walking to Milano Centrale station takes about 20 minutes - a practical option for train connections. The nearby metro also links quickly to the city centre and Bosco Verticale (18-minute walk). A large Esselunga supermarket is right next door, open until 22:00, and multiple restaurants are within 0.3-0.5 km. The area is well-served by public transport, making it easy to reach Sforzesco Castle (5 km) and other central landmarks without a car.

Accommodation consists of double, triple and family rooms. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer, plus air conditioning, soundproofed walls, parquet flooring and a flat-screen TV. Rooms include a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and cookware - ideal for preparing simple meals. Double rooms feature a terrace with city views. Family rooms come with a double bed plus a bunk bed (2 single beds). Triple rooms offer either a double or two single beds with a minibar and tea/coffee maker. Daily housekeeping includes fresh towels. The property is on the fourth floor with lift access. Rooms facing the street may pick up some noise during daytime; rooms overlooking the courtyard tend to be quieter. The property is described as clean, spacious for the category, and well-maintained.

Breakfast is included and set up as a self-service buffet in the shared kitchen or in your room. It typically includes packaged brioches, cereals, biscuits, jam, fruit juices, and a choice of hot drinks (coffee, tea, herbal teas). It is a simple Italian-style breakfast - enough for a light start to the day. For a more substantial option, guests can use the shared kitchen or the kitchenette in their room. The building also houses a coffee shop (bar) on the ground floor. For dinner or lunch, several restaurants are within an easy 5-10 minute walk: L'Entita, Ciccio Pizza, Ristorante Il Sottomarino and La Scaletta are all about 300-500 m away.

The B&B does not have on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, gym or spa. However, the property can arrange or point to local activities including walking tours, bike tours and classes about local culture. The vicinity has a minimarket, and a supermarket is right next door. For nightlife, bingo and a nightclub/DJ are available nearby. The close metro connection to San Siro makes it an excellent base for concerts and sporting events.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all rooms. A lift gives access to the fourth-floor building. Services include express check-in/check-out, luggage storage (practical for early arrivals/late departures), lockers and a safe at reception. A paid airport shuttle and shuttle service can be arranged; alternative taxi numbers are available on site.
