CHECK IN ROME, Rome

Check In Rome is situated in Rome city centre, roughly a 6-minute walk from Rome Termini train station and under a kilometre from the metro station. Sapienza University of Rome is 8 minutes away on foot, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is 13 minutes. The location places many landmarks within walking distance - around 30 minutes to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain - and gives direct rail and metro access across the city and to the airports (Ciampino airport is 14 km away). Several restaurants, cafés, and shops are on the same street, making it practical for car-free travel. The area around Termini is busy and feels safe enough on foot, though it can be less tranquil than residential districts.

Breakfast is a continental Italian-style buffet, including croissants, bread with butter and jam, and a coffee machine. Simple and sufficient for a light start, it does not include hot dishes such as eggs. Breakfast is served in a separate building from the rooms. The area surrounding the property has a very high concentration of restaurants and cafés, including Alice Pizza, NUNU Ristorante Vietnamita, and several other cuisines, all within a 3-minute walk. The vending machine on site provides drinks.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, though signal strength can be inconsistent inside some rooms. The property operates a 24-hour reception desk and provides daily housekeeping and towel changes. Luggage storage is free of charge, useful for early arrivals or late departures. A lift is available. The building has CCTV, smoke alarms, and 24-hour security. An ATM is on site. A minimarket is also available. Check-in may involve being walked to a different building from the reception; the process can feel disorganised. Some staff members have been described by guests as helpful and friendly.
