The building itself is secure and located on a quieter street, though the immediate area around Termini can feel chaotic; the walk is short and straightforward. The 15-minute metro ride to the Vatican area is easy, and many major sights are reachable on foot in 20-30 minutes.

Room types include single, double/twin, triple, double and family rooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and free WiFi. Some have quiet street views, inner courtyard views or a balcony. A family room sleeps up to 3 on two beds, and the triple room has two beds. In practice the rooms are clean and comfortable, though beds may feel firmer and pillows can be high and hard. The rooms are well-heated and have good quality linens.
