The Aerobus airport stop at Plaça Universitat is less than a minute from the hotel, and the airport-bound stop at Plaça Catalunya is a 5-minute walk. Many of Barcelona's main attractions, shops, and restaurants are reachable on foot. For those using public transport, the metro provides direct connections to Sagrada Família, Barceloneta beach, and the airport. The immediate area is busy and lively, with bars and eateries within a 300-metre radius, but interior rooms offer a quieter retreat from street noise.

The hotel offers double and twin rooms, including standard, superior, and balcony categories. All rooms include a private bathroom with a bath and shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a wardrobe, and parquet floors. Certain rooms have a private balcony overlooking the street; superior doubles are the ones with a balcony. Some interior rooms face a small lightwell rather than the street, which can limit natural light but reduces noise. Rooms vary in size - some are described as spacious, others as compact but sufficient for a city break. The air conditioning is centralised but individually adjustable, available only in summer; a ceiling fan is provided year-round. Soundproofing is present but may not completely block street noise in front-facing rooms. Some rooms have windows that cannot be opened, so ventilation is via the air system.
