The hotel sits on a quiet residential street in the Eixample district, within easy walking distance of Glòries and Monumental metro stations (lines L1 and L2). Sagrada Família is a 12-minute walk away, and the tram stop near Glòries provides direct access to the beach. The metro takes you to Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas in about 10 minutes. The neighbourhood feels safe day and night, with several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy within a 5-minute radius. For drivers, there is no hotel parking, but a public car park is directly opposite. The area is well-served by night buses, though most attractions are reachable on foot or by a short metro ride.

Rooms are bright and clean with parquet floors, flat-screen TV, safe, and an electric kettle. Each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower (some report the shower floor can be slippery). Bed configurations include double, twin (two single beds), and triple (one double plus one single). A few rooms on the 7th floor have a large terrace with sun loungers and city views. Compact rooms are common, particularly triple rooms where space is tight. Some ground-floor or interior rooms lack natural light. Cots are available free of charge but cannot be placed in triple rooms. Soundproofing is adequate for normal conversation, though doors and plumbing can carry noise. Air conditioning works well in most rooms, but during extreme heat waves it may struggle to keep the room cool. A fridge is provided in every room.

The breakfast is a continental buffet located in the hotel café. Offerings include breads, pastries, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a coffee machine. The hotel offers bicycle rental for exploring the city at an extra cost. There are no other leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. The quiet neighbourhood and nearby park (Parc de la Ciutadella within 20 minutes' walk) provide opportunities for outdoor breaks.
