Sol Metro Station is a short stroll away, offering convenient access across Madrid, including to Atocha Station in about four stops. The surrounding area is pedestrian-friendly, with major attractions like Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, and the Paseo del Prado art museums within walking distance. The street has a lively atmosphere, with many dining options directly below and nearby, but rooms facing the street can be noisy until late due to the bar and restaurant activity; a rear-facing room overlooking an interior courtyard is significantly quieter.

Rooms are simple and functional, with parquet floors and a private bathroom. Air conditioning provides heating and cooling. Each room has a TV, safe, and hairdryer, but no minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, or kitchen. Some rooms have a double bed or two single beds; bed configuration can be requested at booking but is not guaranteed. Rooms facing the street can be noisy, while those overlooking the interior courtyard are quieter. Toiletries (shower gel and towels) are provided. The private bathrooms are compact, with some featuring a walk-in shower without a curtain, which can splash water on the floor. Wardrobe space is limited, and some rooms may have a small sofa.
