OSHUN CINCO TORRES SUITES, Madrid

Oshun Cinco Torres Suites is located in a residential area of Madrid, a 15-minute walk from Chamartín Railway Station, which provides direct rail and metro connections across the city. The Four Towers business area and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium are 3 km away, and the city centre landmarks such as Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum are approximately 7 km south. Metro Line 1 (Valdeacederas or Plaza de Castilla stations) is within a 10-minute walk, making city-centre exploration manageable without a car. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away, reachable in about 20 minutes by car or via metro from Chamartín. Several restaurants, including Medranda and Casa Nemesio, are within a 5-10 minute walk. The immediate street can feel quiet at night, so plan ahead for late arrivals if you want to buy food en route.

The property offers a studio, a spacious double room, and a one-bedroom suite, all of which are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower and slippers, air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and cookware. The rooms are functionally furnished with a dining table and a wardrobe. The space is compact - suited for short stays rather than prolonged relaxation - with limited room for open luggage. Some windows face the street at pavement level, while others look onto an inner courtyard. The building's walls are not soundproofed, and noise from neighbouring rooms, the corridor, the building's air conditioning system, and the refrigerator can be audible. Rooms on the corridor side experience more footfall and general noise. Rooms away from the building's external AC units are quieter for sleeping.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware, and a dining table for preparing and eating simple meals. A small welcome snack and coffee for the first morning are provided upon arrival. For eating out, several restaurants are within a 5- to 10-minute walk, including Medranda (0.5 km) for Spanish cuisine, Casa Nemesio (0.5 km) for traditional food, and Bar Marisqueria Reyes (0.5 km) for seafood. A supermarket and a food market are also within a few minutes' walk for groceries. The immediate area around the property has limited late-night dining options, so buying food earlier in the day is recommended for evening arrivals.

The property operates with a contactless entry system: guests receive a code and detailed instructions (including a video) before arrival to access the building and their room. There is no reception desk or on-site staff - all communication is handled by phone and WhatsApp. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas. A luggage storage service is offered, which can be useful for early arrivals or late departures. Rooms are not serviced daily; cleaning is provided before each new guest's stay. Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and free toiletries, and some rooms have an iron and ironing board. The entrance is at street level with step-free access, which is suitable for wheeled luggage and for guests with limited mobility. Parking is not available on site. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
