The metro entrance is literally steps from the front door, with lines 5, 6, and 7 connecting you to major landmarks without transfers. A 20-minute walk reaches the Botanic Gardens, while the shopping mall Italie2 - with a Carrefour supermarket, numerous restaurants, and a parking garage - is directly adjacent. The surrounding area is filled with Asian, French, and international eateries, all within a few minutes' walk. Public transport options (metro, bus, taxi stands) make the city easily accessible, and the neighbourhood feels safe and lively even in the evening.

Units range from compact studios for 1-2 people to one-bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 adults (with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa that converts to two single beds in the living area). Each has a private bathroom with bath or shower; note that only five studios have showers (priority for reduced-mobility guests). Kitchenettes include a microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster - no coffee maker in the room, but a free coffee machine is available in the lobby. Windows can be opened; some rooms face the interior of the adjacent shopping mall, which offers less natural light and privacy but can be quieter after mall closing. Soundproofing between rooms and from corridors is limited, so light sleepers may prefer higher floors or rooms away from the lifts. Room condition varies - some units have been renovated; others show signs of wear. Air conditioning is available but may require reporting if not working properly, and heating is also provided. No rooms have balconies.

Breakfast is served each morning and includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and hot drinks. While the selection is basic, it is replenished regularly. For those who prefer to prepare their own meals, each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, and the Carrefour supermarket in the adjacent mall makes grocery shopping convenient.
