The hotel sits in a lively, practical neighbourhood with numerous restaurants, cafés, and a Carrefour supermarket within a few minutes' walk, next to a large park. Porte de Clichy (lines 13, 14, and RER C) and Brochant (line 13) are both about 300 metres away, giving direct metro access to Galeries Lafayette and Palais des Congrès in 20 minutes, and to the Eiffel Tower in 30 minutes. From Gare du Nord, bus 54 reaches the hotel in 30 minutes. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B to Gare du Nord, then bus 54. Orly and CDG are similar in distance by train. A taxi from CDG costs approximately €50. The area has a residential, mixed-use feel with many dining options, but the street-level lift and staircase leading to the hotel entrance can feel grimy.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtubs in double rooms), a hairdryer, a desk, flat-screen TV with cable channels, soundproof walls, and a private entrance. Family rooms are two separate connecting rooms - one with a double bed, another with two single beds - and can host up to two adults and two children; a cot is available for a baby. The hotel does not permit extra beds in double or twin rooms, so families of three or more must book a family room or two separate rooms. Some rooms have carpet, which may retain dust. The overall room size is compact, and the TV cabinet can make the area feel even tighter. Air conditioning works in the warmer months but may be limited close to windows in cold weather. No rooms have a balcony. Daily housekeeping is performed, but afternoon cleaning may be inconsistent after 12:00.

Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat hot buffet served in a large dining area, including pastries, madeleines, various breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, yogurt, and good coffee. The breakfast cost is €12.90 per person. Gluten-free items are available if requested at check-in. For dinner, the on-site restaurant Le 17 offers traditional French cuisine - open Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 22:30 - but it is not open for dinner on weekends. The surrounding area has plenty of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel offers a swimming pool for an additional €5 per day. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. The adjacent park provides a green area for relaxation and is a good spot for a stroll or for children to play.
