CITY CASTLE APARTHOTEL, Prague

The aparthotel sits in the upscale, quiet Dejvice area, home to embassies and diplomats. Hradčanská metro and tram station is a 2-minute walk, putting the city centre just 2-3 stops away. Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral are within a 15-20 minute walk, and Letná Park - offering panoramic views - is nearby. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafés, bistros, grocery stores, and a supermarket. Václav Havel Airport is about 8 km away, easily reachable by metro or the paid shuttle. The neighbourhood feels safe, calm, and residential, a welcome contrast to the busier tourist core.

The apartments range from one-bedroom to larger three-bedroom layouts, all featuring air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, and private bathrooms with a shower (some units also include a bathtub). The fully equipped kitchenettes have a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all cookware - well-suited for self-catering and longer stays. Units generally include a seating area, dining table, work desk, flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee maker. Some apartments have balconies; others offer quiet courtyard or street views. The building has 12 units over four floors with no lift, so lower-floor units can be requested. The apartments are described as spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern appliances.

The property houses two restaurants: Ristorante Una Bella Canzone serves Italian cuisine in a traditional and romantic ambience, and Restaurant #2 offers Vietnamese dishes. Both provide a convenient on-site dining option. For self-catering, the kitchenettes are ideal, and grocery deliveries can be arranged for a fee. The immediate neighbourhood adds even more choice - over a dozen restaurants and cafés are within 0.5 km, including a well-regarded Czech pub and a wine bar, turning meal planning into a strength of the location.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Luggage storage is available via a self-deposit system - handy for early arrivals or late departures. Express check-in/out and a tour desk are offered. Airport shuttle service can be arranged at an additional cost. For families, baby cots and high chairs are available by advance request. Daily housekeeping is offered for an extra charge. There is a designated smoking area and the entire property is non-smoking. The building has key access for security. No spa or pool on-site.
