APARTMENTS AT THE BLUE DUCKLING, Prague

The location is a 1-2 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square, and about 5 minutes to Charles Bridge. Prague Castle is 3 km away, reachable via a pleasant 30-minute walk across the river. The building is on a pedestrian-only street with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops right outside. Despite being in the very heart of the city, the apartments face an inner courtyard, ensuring quiet conditions. The nearest tram stops are a 5-minute walk away, and the Mustek and Narodni Trida metro stations are also within a 5-minute stroll.

The apartments are newly renovated, clean, and larger than expected. Each apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stovetop, kettle, and kitchenware. Rooms are soundproofed, carpeted, and include heating and a wardrobe. Only two apartments have air conditioning - the maisonette (5A) and one other - so if cooling is important, request it at booking. Apartment 3B has a balcony facing the courtyard without a view; the rest have no balcony. The building has a lift. There are 6 apartments: 3 for 2 persons (one double bed) and 3 for 3 persons (one double and one single bed). Some 3-person apartments can also accommodate up to 5 using a sofa bed.

The property does not have a spa or swimming pool. The main leisure facilities are the on-site terrace (on the third floor) and the quiet, soundproofed apartments themselves. The central location puts all of Prague's cultural attractions, bars, and nightlife within easy walking distance.

WiFi is free in all areas. The building has a lift. Luggage storage is available at the Blue Duckling restaurant - useful before check-in or after check-out. Parking is not available on site; use Mr. Parkit for nearby parking. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged after booking. Pets are allowed on request with charges. Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard. There is no reception - key handover is arranged in advance, and the host is responsive via messaging.
