Gare de Lyon is a 10-minute walk, making it a practical base for train arrivals and departures. Accor Arena is within a 5-15 minute walk depending on which part of the arena, and the Flixbus station is also nearby. Bercy Park and the Cinémathèque Museum are both about 300 metres away, while the Bastille district lies within a 10-minute walk. For moving around on foot, basic public transport, or early morning departures, the connectivity is excellent. Parking is not available.

Room sizes vary, with many described as compact or small, particularly for twin or double occupancy. Some rooms face the garden, others overlook the street or train station - the latter may be noisier, especially with windows open on warm nights. Soundproofing is limited. Beds are either double or twin, and most bathrooms provide a bath or shower. Attic rooms have sloping ceilings which may reduce headroom in the shower area, but some of these rooms include air conditioning (other rooms generally do not). Furniture and decor are basic and many reviews signal that rooms appear older and simpler than online photos. Some rooms have very limited plug sockets and no tea/coffee making facilities. Cleanliness is reported as variable, with linens often clean but carpets and high-touch surfaces sometimes showing wear.
