Luxembourg Gardens are 500 metres away (5 minutes on foot), and Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a 15-minute walk. Montparnasse Tower and Gare Montparnasse station are 10 minutes away, giving direct access to high-speed and regional trains. Four metro stations are within a 5-minute radius: Vavin (line 4), Edgar Quinet (line 6), Notre-Dame-des-Champs (line 12), and Port-Royal (RER B). Line 4 connects directly to Gare du Nord, Notre-Dame, and Montmartre. The RER B links to both CDG and Orly airports (via Denfert-Rochereau). The area is highly walkable - you can reach the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and the Bon Marché department store on foot in 20-30 minutes.

Two adjacent Classic rooms (one double, one twin) are available for families or groups - they are door-to-door but not internally connecting. Rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter than those facing the street; no rooms have a balcony. Daily housekeeping includes bed linen changes every three days, with refillable, eco-certified toiletries. Some rooms have a bath, others a shower; all have a private bathroom. Lift access is available only on the Classic-room side; staff assist with luggage for Superior rooms.

Breakfast is available daily: in the dining room (07:30-10:30, €17) or as a continental tray in your room (07:45-10:30, €19).
