WS LOUVRE - CASANOVA, Paris

The property is steps from the bustling area of Opéra Garnier (5 min walk) and the Louvre Museum is reachable in roughly 13 minutes on foot. Musée de l'Orangerie and Tuileries Garden are under 1 km away. The immediate neighbourhood is filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops - several dining spots (including Pur' Jean-Francois Rouquette and Le Cap Bourbon) are within 300 metres. Two metro stations are nearby, providing direct access to Orly Airport via the Orlyval connection. For those driving, note that there is no on-site parking, but public parking can be found in the surrounding streets. The area is safe and walkable, with most major attractions within comfortable walking distance.

The accommodation ranges from compact studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, utensils), a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a safe deposit box, and heating. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Room size is typically small - better suited to single travellers or couples focused on exploring the city than to groups needing space. Certain units are on the ground floor or face the street, making them noticeably noisier. Some apartments are on higher floors with the lift only serving up to the 4th floor, requiring a further staircase. A ceiling fan is common but is frequently noted as dusty and not effective at cooling, especially in summer. The cleanliness level can vary; while some find the rooms clean and modern, others report issues with dust on fans, odour from bathrooms, and poor maintenance. For optimal comfort, choose a unit away from the street and on an upper floor.

Each room features a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, allowing for simple meal preparation and breakfast. There are no on-site dining facilities (no restaurant or bar). The immediate area is packed with eateries - several restaurants, bakeries and cafés are within a 300-metre walk, including NINA'S Paris, Eric Kayser, Les Artistes, and others. The property itself does not offer breakfast, but many nearby bakeries serve fresh pastries and coffee. For longer stays, the kitchenette is equipped with sufficient cookware to prepare basic meals.

The property has no pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure facilities. However, its central location puts guests within walking distance of the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, and an ice-skating rink and boating options. The excellent metro connections also make it easy to reach other parks and leisure activities across Paris.

WiFi is available free in all areas. The property operates with a contact-free system - guest doors use entry codes, so no physical keys are needed. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out are available. A lift serves most floors, though some apartments on the top floor (5th) require a staircase from the 4th. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a safe deposit box in each room (free). Parking is not available on site. No luggage storage is provided, and there is no on-site reception - all communication is via messaging. Housekeeping and towel changes are upon request. The lift and hallways have been noted as needing better cleaning, particularly the carpets.
