CLOUDS LOFTS - QUARTIER LATIN, Montreal

Located in the Quartier Latin, the property places you within walking distance of Place des Arts (15 min) and a short metro ride from Notre Dame Basilica and McGill University (both within 3 km). Direct bus 747 to Montréal/Saint-Hubert Airport departs from the adjacent bus terminal, and the metro station connects all three lines for easy city-wide travel. The neighbourhood offers numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and an ice-skating rink nearby. Street-level and basement units are more exposed to street noise, while upper-floor rooms are quieter.

The property operates with full self-check-in via door codes and no on-site staff; communication is handled through chat or phone during limited hours. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A paid laundry service (washer/dryer) is accessible to guests. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for a fee. Parking costs CAD 20 per day and requires a reservation; an indoor garage is located across the street. The building has 24-hour security and CCTV, but some units have experienced security code issues with unchanged codes between stays, so requesting a unique code is advised. There is no elevator and some rooms are on upper floors accessed by steep stairs. Family rooms are available, and the property is non-smoking throughout.
