Several restaurants (Le Montaigne, 13.31, Da Laura, Da Stefano) and a bakery-patisserie are within 0.3-0.5km. The neighbourhood is well-lit and safe for returning at night. For drivers, reserved private parking is available on-site (€10/day, advance booking required).

Each apartment is spacious and individually decorated. The 3-bedroom layout includes three bedrooms (one with a bathtub, two with walk-in showers), a living room, and garden views. The 5-bedroom version adds a second living room, five bathrooms, and maximum capacity of 10. The 2-bedroom unit offers city views and two bathrooms. All come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea/coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, free toiletries, and cookware. Beds are high-quality and can be split into twin beds upon request. Upper-level bedrooms may experience traffic noise; lower levels are quieter. Baby cribs are available. No balcony exists, but the private terrace leads directly to the pool and garden. Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00; check-out by 11:00.

The property has two outdoor infinity pools private to the apartment, open daily 06:00-00:00. Pool/beach towels are provided, and the shallow end makes it suitable for children. Heating can be added for €15/day. The sun terrace is furnished with lounge chairs and a small table, and a solarium is free to use. Free on-site movie nights and walking tours are also available.
