The monorail station directly in front of the property provides easy rail access across KL, including routes to Bukit Bintang and KL Sentral. A 7-Eleven convenience store is on the ground floor, and a shopping mall with a supermarket and food court is immediately adjacent. For car users, free private parking is available on site. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 22 km away; no airport shuttle is provided. The area offers several local eateries within 0.3-0.5 km, including Nasi Lemak CT Garden and Kin Kin Restaurant.

Accommodation consists of studio units and one-bedroom apartments, both featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony - some with KLCC views. Each unit includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware, making extended self-catering stays practical. Studios offer either a double bed or a double plus a futon, while one-bedroom apartments have a separate living room and two beds. The higher floors, particularly above the 28th, tend to offer clearer panoramic city views. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Colony does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or meal service. For self-catering, every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware) and a washing machine. An adjacent shopping mall houses a supermarket and a food court on its lower floors. The local neighbourhood offers a handful of independent eateries within 0.3-0.5 km, including Nasi Lemak CT Garden, Kin Kin Restaurant, and Napoli Restaurant. The nearest major dining and entertainment hub, Alor Street, is about a 30-minute walk away.

The main leisure facility is the rooftop infinity pool, open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, with a view that takes in the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower - especially impressive at sunset. The pool is free of charge and does not require an entrance fee. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. A small garden area provides additional outdoor space. The pool area is noted to be clean and well-maintained.
