Bass Pro Pyramid is about 5-6 blocks away. Interstate 40 and 55 provide easy car access to Graceland, the Memphis Zoo, and Autozone Park. The front desk suggests Uber or Lyft for train station and airport transfers, as no shuttle service is available. Evening walking is not recommended in the immediate area; taking a taxi or rideshare after dark is a safer choice for exploring nightlife on Beale Street.

The hotel offers double rooms and suites, each with a private bathroom (bath or walk-in shower), hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms on higher floors facing the river provide excellent views of the Mississippi River and the illuminated bridge. Business class suites add wet bars, two-line telephones, and DVD players.
