The hotel is situated behind a shopping center near Dave & Buster's, with easy access to I-40. Memphis International Airport is 32 km away. Numerous restaurants and shops are within 1-2 km, including Logan's Roadhouse, Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, and Starbucks. The area is generally safe, with 24-hour security patrols in the parking lot. The access road has some potholes. For downtown attractions, a car is recommended.

Room types include king, double queen, and family rooms with up to 3 beds. All standard rooms have a pullout sleeper sofa; accessible rooms have a sofa without pullout for clearance. Bathrooms are private with showers or tubs, but can be compact. No microwaves in rooms (shared microwave in breakfast area). Balconies are not available. For quieter stays, choose a room away from the interstate. Some rooms have reported AC units that are loud or struggle to cool, and occasional cleanliness issues such as stained carpets. The beds are widely noted as comfortable.

Breakfast is a paid continental/American buffet ($8 per person) served Mon-Fri 6:30-9:00 AM and Sat-Sun 7:00-10:00 AM.
