The hotel sits near the intersection of Main Street and Grape Road, one block west of the main commercial corridor. Notre Dame Stadium is a 10-minute drive, and Bethel College is 5 km away. Within a 0.5 km radius, guests can reach fast-food chains like Culver's, Chick-fil-A, and Jimmy John's. Free on-site parking accommodates cars and large vehicles (semi trucks can park in the back lot along Main Street). No airport shuttle is offered, but the airport is a 15-minute drive. The area is walkable for dining and basic errands, though a car is recommended for broader sightseeing.

All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a desk, seating area, ironing facilities, and a private bathroom with tub. Some units include a spa bath. The property lacks balconies. While the hotel is dated and some maintenance issues have been observed (e.g., worn carpets, occasional plumbing concerns), the beds are comfortable and the room sizes are generous. Pillows and linens are standard; those with allergies may want to request hypoallergenic options if available. Housekeeping provides daily service.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and typically includes scrambled eggs, sausage links or patties, bacon, potatoes, make-your-own waffles, bagels, cereal, and beverages. Service hours are 6:00-9:30 AM; items may not be restocked after 8:30 AM. The breakfast area can become busy, and the selection may vary by day. For lunch and dinner, numerous fast-casual restaurants are within a short walk, including Jersey Mike's Subs, Culver's, QDOBA, and Taste of Asia. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available in the lobby 24 hours. No bar or room service is offered.

Parking is free on site without reservation; large vehicles can park in the back. WiFi is free throughout the property. The front desk operates 24/7 and can assist with keys, luggage storage, and late check-out requests (subject to availability). Guest laundry is on the second floor ($2 wash/$1 dry). Vending machines sell drinks and snacks. Accessibility features include wheelchair access, lowered bathroom sinks, grab rails, and visual aids (Braille and tactile signs). The elevator provides access to upper floors but is occasionally out of service. Safety features include key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
