Conde Chic Studios offers five studios, each on a different floor (Conde 1 is lowest, Conde 5 is top). There is no elevator, so booking a lower floor is recommended for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns - lower-floor apartments are priced higher accordingly. Each studio has a private entrance, a comfortable bed, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The private bathroom features a shower, and some units (notably Conde 3) have been recently renovated. Kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, electric kettle, microwave, and espresso machine. Most studios face the street and offer lovely views, which reinforce the Parisian atmosphere. While compact, the studios are described as spacious for Paris standards and well laid out. Air conditioning is available. Upper floors have better views but require climbing stairs.

The property does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but the kitchenettes are well-stocked with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, cookware, and dining area - enough to prepare full meals. A Carrefour grocery store is around the corner, making self-catering convenient.
