Vieux Quebec and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac are within easy reach. The bus stop outside offers a direct line to Montmorency Falls. Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport is 12 km away. A Metro grocery store, several bars, and restaurants can be reached in under 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment is newly renovated, thoughtfully designed, and very clean. It contains a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and a living room with a large window. The bathroom is private and features a shower and hairdryer. The unit is air-conditioned, soundproofed, and includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee facilities, and basic pantry items (oil, vinegar, spices). The bedroom is at the quiet rear of the building, ensuring a good night's sleep despite the main road.

No on-site restaurant or breakfast is provided. The free-standing vending machines (drinks and snacks) are the only food service in the building. Instead, the kitchen is a standout: it includes premium appliances, cookware, sharp knives, and basic cooking ingredients such as spices, oil, and vinegar. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk, and within 0.5 km there are around eight restaurants and pubs, including a microbrewery, an izakaya, and a poutine spot, offering plenty of evening options.

On the roof, a heated saltwater pool with a shallow end operates from summer (10:00-22:00). It is encircled by a fence, has a view of the city, and is surrounded by sun loungers.
