COSY APPARTEMENT LYON VALMY - PARKING, Lyon

The apartment sits in the Valmy district, a quiet residential area with supermarkets, a bakery, and several restaurants (A L'Italienne, Le Ferber) within 5 minutes on foot. The metro station (line for Bellecour) is a 5-minute walk, and bus stops are even closer. The city centre, including the old town and museums, is reachable in 20-30 minutes by foot via the riverside. Drivers benefit from nearby off-site parking options, making car-free city exploration easy.

The apartment is larger than typical photographs suggest, with modern, tasteful decor and a renovated bathroom. The bedroom has one double bed and the living-room sofa bed provides a second sleeping area - suitable for a family of four. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, parquet floors, flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, and a dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped: stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and cookware. The building is quiet, with soundproofing and allergy-free rooms. A secure locked bicycle storage room is available outside. The host usually provides two sets of keys.

The kitchen is well-stocked with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and essential cookware, allowing guests to prepare full meals. Nearby dining options include A L'Italienne (Italian) and Le Ferber (French) at 0.5 km, plus Creperie Grain de Sel, Yamato, Caffe e Cucine, and Ninkasi Gorge de Loup - all within 0.5 km. A bakery is also immediately reachable for fresh bread and pastries. There is no on-site restaurant or bar; self-catering or local takeaway is the primary option.
