The location in the old town places you within walking distance of most historic attractions, shops, and restaurants without needing a car. Valencia Train Station is a 10-minute walk, and the airport can be reached via a paid shuttle or a taxi costing around €30. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with numerous dining options within a 300-metre radius, including Origen Clandestino, Kawayan Grill House, and Lluna de Bolseria. For the Oceanogràfic and the beach, bus 95 is an 8-minute walk away.

Room sizes vary: double rooms are compact, with some having an open-plan layout where the sink and shower are in the main room - less private for non-couples. Superior rooms offer a private balcony, and some include a bathtub inside the room itself. Triple rooms have a large double and a single bed with two private bathrooms separated by an adjoining door, suitable for families or groups. Rooms with an inner courtyard view are quieter; those facing the street or with balconies overlooking patios may experience more noise. Interior rooms with windows into a central light well can be dark and stuffy. Air conditioning and heating are provided, and some rooms include a terrace. Room maintenance varies: some bathrooms show limescale, broken fixtures, and worn laminate flooring. The building has a lift.

The breakfast is served at the sister property on Cosy Rooms Embajador and includes fresh coffee, pastries, bread, and hot dishes prepared to order. The breakfast room has limited seating, so wait times can occur during peak hours. An on-site coffee house is available for drinks and light snacks.
