COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT DENVER DOWNTOWN WEST, Denver

The hotel sits directly next to Empower Field, making it ideal for Broncos games and stadium events. Union Station is 3 km away, and Larimer Square is 3 km. A small number of restaurants, including Briar Common Brewery (0.5 km) and Chili Verde (0.5 km), are within a block. Meow Wolf is within walking distance. The light rail station provides easy access to downtown and the airport. The surrounding area includes both well-developed blocks and quieter streets; planning routes in advance can add convenience.

Accommodation options include spacious double rooms and suites, both equipped with flat-screen TVs offering streaming services, tea and coffee makers, in-room safes, and work desks. Suites provide additional space and panoramic city or mountain views. Due to the building's construction, some rooms may experience noise from adjacent rooms and plumbing; light sleepers may prefer higher-floor rooms away from the elevator. Water pressure and hot water availability can vary; some rooms have floor-unit air conditioners that produce vibration. Room lighting relies on lamps rather than overhead fixtures. Daily housekeeping is provided, though replenishment of amenities may require a request at the front desk.

The hotel Bistro is open for breakfast (American breakfast to go available) and dinner, with a menu that includes salads, quesadillas, and hot wings. The bar is known for espresso martinis and a lively atmosphere, especially on event days. A minimarket on site stocks snacks, drinks, and essentials. The rooftop bar and terrace provide a scenic setting for drinks and light bites. Limited breakfast variety has been noted on some mornings; the Starbucks counter in the lobby offers coffee and pastries as an alternative. Guests can order delivery to the hotel, though it is advisable to confirm the policy with the front desk.

The fitness centre is open 24 hours and equipped with standard exercise machines. The sun terrace and outdoor fireplace offer a relaxing space with views of the city and stadium. The rooftop bar doubles as a leisure area for socialising and watching events. There is no swimming pool on site. A golf course is within 3 km (additional charge). The outdoor seating area and courtyard provide additional spots to unwind. The hotel does not offer spa services.
