Coyoacán City Lofts sit on the main Avenida Río Churubusco, a busy thoroughfare, yet the property itself is tucked away from the road. The neighbourhood is a major tourist hub: the Frida Kahlo House Museum, Mercado de Coyoacán, and the National Cinematheque are within a few minutes on foot. Several restaurants (Chili's Zona Rosa, Ki-Waah, Las Comadres, and others) are within a half-kilometre, as are two shopping malls (Plaza Universidad and Patio Universidad, a 10-15 minute walk). A SUMESA supermarket is just two blocks away. For reaching the UNAM university area, an Uber to a Metrobus stop is the most practical combination. Getting to and from the airport is easiest by rideshare-there is no shuttle and no parking on-site.

The lofts are generously sized and offer a mix of layouts: some are studios for two people with a sofa bed, others are one-bedroom apartments with a separate bedroom. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtubs), a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, cookware, utensils), a washing machine, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a work desk. Many have a balcony or terrace overlooking the inner garden. The bed is generally described as comfortable, and the style is basic industrial. However, due to the property's location on the main avenue, street noise is significant and can carry into all rooms, especially at night. Some units have been noted as having visible wear: exposed wiring, dated fixtures, and limited storage. For light sleepers or those needing total darkness, earplugs and an eye mask are essential. A handful of rooms (Loft A type and two others) are on the ground floor and can be requested for mobility needs.

Wellness facilities are limited to the on-site garden, which is shared among all lofts. It features a Buddha fountain, outdoor furniture, and a sun terrace, and has been described as a peaceful, pleasant space for relaxing, reading, or working on a laptop. There are no additional leisure amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna, or gym. The property also has a business centre with free meeting/banquet facilities.

Basic services include free Wi-Fi throughout, a concierge service, express check-in/check-out, and a business centre with free meeting/banquet facilities. Babysitting/child services are available. Laundry can be done using the in-unit washing machine with your own soap at no charge, or an extra-charge service can be arranged. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures, but long-term storage (overnight) in the general area is not recommended. Late check-in (after 23:00) is possible with prior notice. The property has key access, smoke alarms, CCTV in common areas and outdoors, and fire extinguishers. It is a non-smoking property throughout. Parking is not available, and there is no airport shuttle.
